작가는 눈에 보이는 세계, 즉 현실이라 명명되는 세계에서의 결핍되어 있던 자유의 가치와 무한의 상상의 힘을 보이지 않는 세계, 꿈, 공상이라는 차원에서 실현하고 있다. 눈에 보이는 세계와 보이지 않는 세계, 현실의 세상과 꿈 속의 드넓은 대지는 언뜻 대립되거나 분리된 것처럼 사유되기도 하지만 작가의 공상적인 스토리텔링은 현실과 공존하며 눈에 보이는 세계를 변화시키고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 작가의 공상은 허탄한 꿈에 국한되는 것이 아니라 자유와 무한의 가치를 현실 속 우리에게 전하고 있는 실천적 성격을 가진다고 볼 수 있다.

작품 속에는 복면으로 얼굴이 가린 존재들이 등장한다.

복면들은 뒤틀어진 세계를 정처 없이 유랑한다. 

그들의 나이나 성별 등은 관람자의 시선을 통해 그저 유추할 수 있을 뿐, 정보가 한정적이다. 

이러한 익명성은 어떤 상황에서도 타자의 시선에 얽매일 필요 없이 그저 하고 싶은 대로 자유롭게 존재할 수 있게끔 한다.

복면들은 망망대해 위의 격리된 섬에서 조난 신호를 가장한 불꽃놀이를 하거나, 섬에 가만히 앉아 윤슬이 반짝이는 순간을 만끽하기도 한다.

복면들이 때때로 길을 잃은 기분이 들 땐 어디에선가 기이한 외양의 발광 오리가 나타난다.

오리의 눈알에서 발하는 푸른 성광은 길을 잃은 복면들이 향할 곳을 안내한다.

The artwork features beings whose faces are covered by masks. 

They wander aimlessly through a twisted world. 

 Their age and gender can only be inferred through the viewer's gaze, and information is limited. 

 This anonymity gives them the freedom to be who they want to be, without the need to be judged by others in any situation.

 From their isolated islands above the doomed sea, they set off fireworks disguised as distress signals, or they sit still on their islands and bask in the glow. 

 Sometimes, when they feel lost, a strange-looking luminous duck appears out of nowhere. 

 The blue glow from the duck's eyeballs guides them to where they need to go.
